This PWS outlines the requirements for repairing a water storage tank at the Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC). The period of performance is 90 days. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision. Quality assurance surveillance will be conducted. The contractor must comply with security requirements, including background checks and training. Specific repair tasks are detailed, including manufacturer-specific procedures. Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Delivery of the tensile tester is required within 16 weeks after receiving the order, FOB destination. All work should be completed within 20 weeks. The government requires delivery to be made according to the schedule specified. Offers that propose delivery outside the specified period will be considered nonresponsive and rejected. The government reserves the right to award under either the required delivery schedule or the proposed delivery schedule, when an offeror offers an earlier delivery schedule than required. The contractor shall provide all materials, parts, travel, tools, training, and labor necessary to provide and install one tensile tester for the 402d maintenance support group mxsg, at robins air force base, georgia. The tester should possess all capabilities/characteristics listed in the purchase description. The contractor shall provide the **** system tensile tester. The tester shall possess all of the capabilities/characteristics listed in the purchase description dated 6 June 2025. The government will evaluate equally, as regards time of delivery, offers that propose delivery of each quantity within the applicable delivery period specified above. Offers that propose delivery that will not clearly fall within the applicable required delivery period specified above, will be considered nonresponsive and rejected. The government reserves the right to award under either the required delivery schedule or the proposed delivery schedule, when an offeror offers an earlier delivery schedule than required above. If the offeror proposes no other delivery schedule, the required delivery schedule above will apply. Attention is directed to the contract award provision of the solicitation that provides that a written award or acceptance of offer mailed, or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror, results in a binding contract. The government will mail or otherwise furnish to the offeror an award or notice of award not later than the day award is dated. Therefore, the offeror should compute the time available for performance beginning with the actual date of award, rather than the date the written notice of award is received from the contracting officer through the ordinary mails. However, the government will evaluate an offer that proposes delivery based on the contractor's date of receipt of the contract or notice of award by adding 1 five calendar days for delivery of the award through the ordinary mails, or 2 one working day if the solicitation states that the contract or notice of award will be transmitted electronically. The term working day excludes weekends and U. S. federal holidays. If, as so computed, the offered delivery date is later than the required delivery date, the offer will be considered nonresponsive and rejected. The contractor shall install the tensile tester and all applicable equipment required for its installation. The government can provide a pallet stacker that can unload the tensile tester and equipment, if necessary. The contractor shall provide a calibration certificate after completing the installation of the tensile tester and associated equipment. At the completion of the installation and calibration, the contractor shall provide a final calibration certificate. A calibration sticker will be dated and applied. The calibration sticker is verification the unit meets the original equipment operating specifications. The contractor shall provide training on how to operate the tensile tester for up to 5 people. Training will coincide with the installation of the tester. All training should be complete no later than 20 weeks aro. The contractor shall provide telephone support during business hours. The contractor shall also provide downloadable software updates and online access to calibration certificates and service history. The contractor shall provide a 10-year mechanical warranty. The contractor shall also provide a 3-year extended

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Washington Aqueduct, is seeking a contractor for fire extinguisher inspection, certification, and maintenance services. The contract will have a base year and four option years of 12 months each. The anticipated contract will be set aside for small businesses. The official request for quotes (RFQ) is expected to be posted in the procurement integrated enterprise environment (PIE) and SAM. gov on or around June 30, 2025. Delivery of all materials will be coordinated with the requesting unit local POC and made at the physical address identified in section 3. 3. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform inspections, maintenance, and certifications of fire extinguishers. The contractor shall schedule annual inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers in coordination with the Washington Aqueduct POC. All work performed must be completed within 30 days of the start date. All work, services, and deliveries must be done during business days between the hours of 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The contractor shall honor all Washington Aqueduct holidays. Security requirements apply to all contract personnel. Initial training must be completed within 30 days of contract award or the date new contract personnel begin performance on the contract. The contractor shall provide a contract manager and an alternate.
