The citizens residence and yard area are being impacted by eligible mine drainage. This project will install subdrain along the edge of the citizens driveway/yard areas to collect subsurface drainage. Collected drainage will be routed via a drop box into a culvert across the citizens yard outletting into a concrete block- tied mat ditch. The ditch will conduct drainage down the slope to new culvert with headwalls crossing Johnson Coal Hollow road and outlet into Abner Fork stream.
