industrial equipment for a 12-month period beginning August 10, 2025, or the date of award, whichever is later. The contract may be extended for two additional 12-month periods. All attachments must be reviewed. Bid prices must be typed, written in ink, or submitted online. Delivery is F. O. B. destination. Payment is due within 30 days after receipt of invoice or delivery. Bids must be returned in an envelope marked with the bid opening date and number, or submitted online. All bids are subject to Louisiana laws and regulations. Additional documents, such as special terms and conditions, general
industrial equipment conditions, price sheet, and online bidding instructions, are attached. Bidders must specify the brand and model number of the product offered. Bidders proposing an equivalent brand or model should submit descriptive information. Bid prices must be firm for a minimum of 30 days. Vendors are responsible for including all applicable taxes in the bid price. All products must be new. Contract renewals are possible for two additional 12-month periods. The State of Louisiana has the right to terminate the contract for various reasons, including misrepresentation, fraud, or breach of contract. Failure to deliver within the specified time constitutes a default. All contracts are construed in accordance with Louisiana law. Bidders must comply with civil rights laws.
