The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) requires a consultant for subsidence investigations in Pennsylvania's coal regions. The consultant must prepare reports, conduct work, and perform evaluations. Additional work may include locating mine pools, water loss investigations, and monitoring well placement. The consultant must be located within a 40-mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA. Drilling and excavation equipment must be mobilized from as close to the project site as possible. The consultant is responsible for the repair of damage to properties resulting from the subsurface exploration and test work. All boreholes shall be plugged and grouted to the surface, and the surface in the immediate vicinity of the borehole reclaimed and restored to its predrilling condition or better. The DEP will reimburse the consultant for all justifiable costs upon submission of an itemized invoice. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Department of General Services (DGS) eMarketplace website. The contract will commence upon execution and terminate June 30, 2026, with possible renewals for up to four additional consecutive annual terms, with a final termination date of June 30, 2030. The consultant must submit invoices within thirty (30) days of completing each project. In accordance with the Steel Products Procurement Act, the contractor shall use only steel products produced in the United States. The consultant must provide staff for project management, engineering, geology, drafting, and clerical services. The consultant's staff must possess minimum qualifications. Proof of experience and a minimum of three references shall be requested by DEP after bid opening and prior to award. The total price of the six example sites shall be the basis for the bid award. The entire eight pages of Attachment A must be returned in the sealed bid envelope.

This is a sole-source procurement for sensor equipment. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, requires the procurement of sensor equipment from PCB Piezotronics. Offerors must be original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers. Proof of authorization is required. Supplies will be inspected and accepted at the destination government facility. Delivery is expected within 16 weeks. Quotes are due by the response date in the posting. All terms and conditions in the solicitation take precedence. The government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements and is most advantageous to the government.

DARPA is seeking information on revolutionary energy harvesting solutions for implantable medical devices. Responses are due September 22, 2025, 4:00 PM ET. The RFI is a preliminary step to identify potential partners for a future broad agency announcement (BAA). Information requested includes technology descriptions, technical feasibility, materials information, performance projections, implantability considerations, potential impact, organizational capabilities, intellectual property, potential collaboration, and cost estimates. Submissions should be in MS Word or Adobe PDF format, single-spaced, single-sided, 12-point font, with 1-inch margins. Non-proprietary information is encouraged.
