Proposals are due by 12:00 PM CST on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. RFP documents are available on the MP&EA website starting June 18, 2025. Questions must be submitted in writing to ***@***. *. * by 12:00 PM CST on Friday, June 27, 2025. The authority seeks to retain firms to provide various professional services on an as-needed, task order basis for all MP&EA facilities. Consultants will perform, manage, and coordinate the required project scope of services. Design services may be required in any type of MP&EA facility, including exhibit halls, hotels, the arena, corporate offices, garages, surface parking areas, the physical plant, or any of the adjacent outdoor areas. Consultants must be able to engage other disciplines, either as subconsultants or directly employed, to support the work. A 25% MBE and 5% WBE participation goal is required. A detailed fee proposal, including staff, hourly rates, estimated hours, titles, and reimbursable expenses, is required for each task order. The agreement will be for a five-year term, with a possible two-year renewal option. Proposals must include completed forms (A-I) as specified in the RFP. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to waive any informality or irregularity, and to accept any responsive submittals which it may deem to be in the best interest of the authority. Only submittals from responsible proposers complying with the provisions of this RFP will be considered. The authority intends to conduct a comprehensive, fair and impartial evaluation of proposals received. The evaluation criteria include qualifications and experience, quality of past performance, quality of personnel, financial stability, and MBE/WBE profile. A timeline showing key dates for the RFP process is provided as Exhibit 1. Exhibit 2 is the form of agreement.
