This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ) under solicitation SP330025Q0275. The closing response date is August 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST. Delivery must be made within 60 days, with partial shipments acceptable. The government will evaluate offers equally regarding time of delivery. The parties agree to negotiate with each other to try to resolve any disputes that may arise. If unassisted negotiations are unsuccessful, the parties will use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques to try to resolve the dispute. Litigation will only be considered as a last resort when ADR is unsuccessful or has been documented by the party rejecting ADR to be inappropriate for resolving the dispute. The government intends to establish a single award firm fixed price (FFP) blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to furnish industrial gases (argon, helium, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, methane, compressed air, and blood gas) to the eastern, midwestern, and western laboratories. The BPA will allow for recurring requirements and firm fixed price call orders for specific industrial gases over the term of the agreement.
