The Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) is seeking bids for a precision metal brake. Bids must be submitted electronically through the OregonBuys system by December 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. The award will be made to the lowest responsive bidder. The contract will be governed by Oregon law. The successful bidder must provide a certificate of insurance within seven days of the Notice of Intent to Award (NOIA). The delivery location is Two Rivers Correctional Institution, Umatilla, Oregon. The contract administrator is Justin Stark, TRCI Physical Plant Manager, phone 541. 922. 2182. The bid evaluation criteria includes responsiveness and responsibility. The agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Payment is due by agency within thirty 30 days after the date of a proper invoice.
The contractor represents and warrants that all new goods, shall be free from defects in materials, design and manufacture for the duration of the manufacturers warranty period.
ODOC may award a single contract to responsible bidders submitting the lowest responsive bid pricing.
To be considered responsive, the bid must substantially comply with all requirements of the itb and all prescribed public solicitation procedures.
Failure to replace goods within the specified timeframe may result in remedies including, but not limited to, withholding of payment, contract termination, or procurement from alternate sources at the contractors expense.
