Offerors must submit electronic quotations via email by February 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. The government will award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order based on the lowest price from a technically acceptable offeror. The evaluation criteria include technical capability and price. Offerors must address all factors; failure to do so may result in the offer being deemed unacceptable. The terms and conditions of the solicitation will be included in any resultant purchase order.
