This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** Project scope entails the replacement, repair, and upgrade of exterior Domestic Water distribution, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Piping systems at Western State Hospital. The project base bid entails the installation of a new domestic water loop along with new fire hydrants to replace the existing system. New laterals will be provided and tied into existing building service entrances outside each building in a phased manner to minimize water disruption. An add alternate will entail various repair, replacement, and lining of miscellaneous sanitary sewer mains, laterals, and manholes. A separate add alternate will entail the replacement and lining of various sections of storm water piping. All project scope is located on the property of a secure, acute care adult psychiatric facility.

These wings are located within Buildings 55, 56, 57, and 58. Project furnished outdoor air units and fan coil units shall be installed by others in a multi- phase approach. Inspection and factory startup of project furnished outdoor air units and fan coil units shall be provided in this project. This on- site inspection and startup of project furnished equipment shall be performed by a manufacturers representative and shall occur after others have installed the project furnished units and other owner furnished materials such as ductwork, piping, grilles and diffusers, etc. . Controls furnished with project furnished equipment shall be integrated into the building management system by others. Proper storage of all projects furnished equipment is required from the equipment delivery date to the installation date. All project buildings/areas are located within a secure, acute care adult psychiatric facility.
