The contractor shall correct the work promptly after receipt of written notice from the district to do so unless the district has previously given the contractor a written acceptance of such condition. If service cannot be rescheduled within 2 business days, the government may use another vendor and deduct costs. Two or more missed pickups in 90 days may result in a cure notice or termination for default.
