The Bureau of Reclamation anticipates awarding a purchase order for the supply and delivery of water distribution and storage materials to the Hellgate Campground at Canyon Ferry Reservoir. The supplier is responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, and transportation. Delivery of buried pipe components must occur within 75 days of notice to proceed. The supplier must notify the onsite delivery contact at least 3 days in advance of delivery. The government will provide a suitable location for stockpiling materials and equipment to offload items. Submittal of manufacturers' data on pipe materials, fittings, valves, fixtures, and accessories is required at least 14 days prior to ordering. Manufacturer certifications and NSF 61 compliance of line pipe materials are also required prior to ordering. The contract includes all pipe, fittings, plumbing, and appurtenances to construct the project plans following the specifications. The price schedule includes estimated quantities for comparison of offers only. Variation in estimated quantity does not apply to lump sum items.
