Carpeting and Installation 1. Removal and legal disposal of old floor covering, debris and/or rubbish. 2. Single pass flash patch of floor to achieve a resultant level substrata. 3. Provide new cut carpeting and glue down to floor ( standard grade or equal). 4. Waste carpet for standard grade carpet. 5. Provide new cut carpeting and glue down to floor ( upgraded grade or equal). 6. Waste carpet for upgraded grade carpet. 7. Carpet over existing carpet system ( advantage system). 8. Two Part Silicone Sealant

Lot 6: Polymer Nosing System ( 1 gallon bottle, 1 bag aggregate). This should be a two- component rapid curing liquid polymer. The material is used to form the edge of broken concrete and provide a surface for the two- part silicone sealant to adhere. This material must cure to a dense, semi- flexible polymer that is resistant to chemicals, weather, abrasion, and impact. This should be Silspec 900 Polymer Nosing System. This is sold to repair 0. 5 cubic feet and comes as a kit consisting of a 1- gallon bottle of polymer liquid and 1 bag of Silspec blended aggregate.

Lot 1: Two Part Rapid Cure Silicone Sealant. This should come as a kit of two 20oz sausage cartridges ( part A and part B) that work with the CBA- 600 dual sauage pneumatic gun. This product should be Dow Corning 902 RCS and conform to the Kentucky 2026 Standard Specification for Road and Bridge Specifications section ****( B). ************************************************** *** ONLY ONLINE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS RFB. *** Emailed and hard copies delivered by any method WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Lot 2: Self Leveling Silicone Sealant. This product should be packed as a 29 oz. cartridge to be used in a standard caulking gun. This product should be Dow Corning 890 and conform to the Kentucky 2026 Standard Specifications section ****( A).

Lot 3: Non- Self Leveling Silicone Sealant. This product should be packaged as a 29 oz. or 857 ml. cartridge to be used in a standard caulking gun. This product should be Dow Corning 888 and should be compatible with the Dow Corning 902 RCS.

Lot 4: Rapid Cure Silicone Primer Carboguard 635. This product should be packaged as a two- component gallon kit consisting of 0. 8 gallons of part A and 0. 2 gallons of part B. This product should be Carboline' s Carboguard 635. This product must be an all- purpose, immersion- grade epoxy for use on metals.

Lot 5: Dual Sausage Pneumatic Gun ( 600HPS). This equipment is used to apply the two part ( parts A & B) 20 oz. sausage cartridges that make up the silicone sealant. The model should be the Cox CBA- 600S which must be able to dispense dual component compounds requiring 1: 1 mix ratio to application.

Lot 7: 7/8" Mixing Nozzle for Pneumatic gun. This nozzle must fit on the Cox CBA- 600S Dual Sausage Pneumatic Gun. This nozzle is for one time use and then is disposed.

Lot 8: Foam Backer Rod ( 2 1/2" diameter). This material is needed to support the two- part silicone sealant in the expansion joint until the sealant cures. This foam backer rod must be 2 1/2 inches in diameter and sold either in rolls or standard lengths.

Lot 9: Foam Backer Rod ( 2" diameter). This material is needed to support the two- part silicone sealant in the expansion joint until the sealant cures. This foam backer rod must be 2 inches in diameter and sold either in rolls or standard lengths.

Lot 10: Foam Backer Rod ( 1 1/2" diameter). This material is needed to support the two- part silicone sealant in the expansion joint until the sealant cures. This foam backer rod must be 1 1/2 inches in diameter and sold either in rolls or standard lengths.
