The services requested shall be provided for a period of 12 months beginning February 1, 2026, or the last signature date, whichever is later, and ending on January 31, 2027.

Payments are due thirty 30 days after the latest of: 1 the date goods are received 2 the date contracted services are completed or 3 the date a valid invoice is received by the asu accounts payable office for the good or services.

Any contract resulting from this request shall be awarded to the proposer providing the best value to asu.

The award will be based on the proposal judged to be in the best interest of asu, and the judgment in this regard shall be considered final.

Questions must be submitted in writing by the date indicated in the section entitled schedule of events section 1. 5, above.

Proposals are due by 11:59 PM EST on September 24, 2025, and should be valid for thirty 30 days.

The government will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most cost advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1 technical capability 2 relevant past performance and 3 price. Technical factors, when combined, are not more important than price. All non-price factors are of equal importance.

Quotes must be received no later than the date and time indicated in block 8 of the SF ****.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT).

The government will issue a purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

Any quote received after the closing date and time will be considered late and will not be accepted.

The closing date for quotes is September 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM CT. Quotes shall be submitted on company letterhead stationery, signed and dated, and they shall include the following: 1. solicitation number 75h70625q00251. 2. closing date: september 30, 2025, at 12: 00 pm ct.

The basis of the award is the lowest price technically acceptable. he lowest price will initially evaluate the proposals. if the lowest priced proposal submitted is found to be technically acceptable, no other proposals will be evaluated, and an award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
