Snow and ice removal services The contractor shall provide snow and ice removal services from paved areas, sidewalks, landings, entrance ramps, and other specified locations. Services include snow plowing, sanding, salting, and ice removal. Specific tasks include clearing catch basins, hydrants, and dumpsters, as well as snow removal from driveways, parking areas, and sidewalks. The contractor is also responsible for maintaining sand barrels and removing excess sand.

The contract is for snow and ice removal services at the Lewisburg U. S. Army Reserve Center. The period of performance is for 12 months with four 12-month option periods. The contractor must provide a list of employees within 15 calendar days of contract award. The contractor must submit monthly invoices within five days after monthly services are performed, including required pictures. The contractor must also provide copies of state and federal licenses, operating permits, and certifications for its vehicles and equipment within five working days of award of the contract. The contractor is required to submit a copy of monthly invoices for services rendered to the corrfos within five days after monthly services are performed.
The contractor shall provide the contracting officer, and the regional facilities operational specialist rfos or contracting officer representative cor via email with a list of the names of employees or alternates to be employed in performance of the work 15 calendar days of contract award.
Failure to receive prior approval from the corrfos may result in nonpayment andor consideration will be requested by the government.
The contractor may conduct a site visit to verify location of catch basins.
