Interested parties are asked to submit capability statement that clearly and convincingly identifies their ability to fulfill the requirements.

Failure to provide a capabilities statement and answers to the questions below may result in your response being excluded in the governments market research and potential setaside considerations.

Bids must be submitted to the village of scarsdale on or before the date and time indicated in the notice to bidders, which is Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. e. s. t.

Payment for service will be made after presentation of all finished work, verification by the village and village design consultant, including submittal of all of the necessary asbuilt plans, test results and third party special inspections if applicable, and approval by the village treasurer of an executed claim submitted on company letterhead with an attached aia claim form or equal.

After the completion of the work and upon final payment, the village will retain five percent 5 of such payment for a period of twelve 12months to warranty against defective materials and workmanship.

The resulting contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder which submits a responsive bid.

Each bidder shall be skilled and regularly engaged in the class of work bid upon, and must submit a qualifications questionnaire and business reference sheet.

If the successful bidder fails to execute the form of contract within ten days after notice of award, bid check, cash or bond will be forfeited to the village of scarsdale as liquidated damages.

It is expected that bidders will make a personal inspection of the site and take measurements to obtain the necessary information as to the location, foundation material, space requirements, etc. , to enable them to make up their bids intelligently and to advantage.

The deadline for submitting a formal bid rfi is noon, monday, september 31, 2026.

Bids will not be accepted from firms which are debarred from bidding on public contracts, pleaded guilty to or, otherwise, been convicted of bid rigging or related criminal charges.

Quotes will be received until 2:00 p. m. , Wednesday, August 26, 2026.

Award shall be made to the responsible contractor offering to perform the work at the lowest price.

Each bid shall be accompanied by hud form **** a, certification of compliance with the presidents executive order ****, equal employment opportunity certification, section 3 current employee list, references, a statement of qualifications, corporate identification, revenue enforcement and protection certification and a non collusive affidavit.

The authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all quotes, or to reject any or all quotes, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so.

Bids will be received until 2:00 p. m. , prevailing time, on August 20, 2026.

Requests must be made a minimum of 3 business days prior to inspection. unscheduled inspections may result in longer wait times and or denial of entrance to the park.
