This is a solicitation for commercial items for storage tents. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. Offers are due by April 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Delivery is required by September 30, 2026. The contracting agency is NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk. Vendors must be authorized resellers and provide certifications. The evaluation will be based on technical approach and price, with the technical approach being more important. Questions regarding solicitation requirements should be submitted via email by March 31st at 10:00 AM EST.
The delivery deadline for the tents is September 30, 2026.
The vendor shall warrant that the products are new, in their original box.
Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The technical approach is more important than price.
Vendors shall certify that they are a manufacturer authorized partner and have the required certifications/specialization level to support both product sale and product pricing.
There is no possibility of inspection or preliminary visit.
