Overhaul the survey vessel SV Cherneski Furnish all engineering, design, labor, services, equipment, parts and materials necessary to perform the drydocking and repairs listed in this contract. Drawings, equipment or materials to be furnished by the government will be specifically listed in the appropriate section. Unless specifically listed, the contractor shall assume no drawings, equipment or materials will be furnished by the government and shall submit offer accordingly. Drydocking, utilities and services, surface preparation, inspection and audiogaging, hull anode replacement, hull painting, application of army star decals, install new 12 volt panel, replace three electric heaters, replace ais antenna, perform 12, 000 hr engine service, inspect and replace generator mounts, inspect shaft seals and bearings ( optional), replace propellers ( optional).
