Motor Mount Government Bids & RFPs

Bids must be received no later than 5:00 PM CST on the bid submission date, August 19, 2026. Delivery of supplies and services is required F. O. B. to the city's facilities.

Payment will be made net 30 days after receipt of a properly submitted invoice or the city's acceptance of the supplies or services, whichever is later. Invoices should be emailed to apinvoices@cityoftulsa. org.

Seller warrants that supplies will be of good materials and workmanship, free from defects, and conform to specifications. Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Warranties remain in effect for 1 year from the date of acceptance or as specified in the specifications, whichever is later.

The bid award will generally go to the lowest responsible bidder, considering price, specifications, bidder history, experience, delivery time, maintenance requirements, and performance data.

Bidders must agree to the terms and conditions of the City's standard purchase agreement. Authorized agents must sign bid documents. Entities organized in states other than Oklahoma must follow their state's laws for authorization.

Failure to deliver supplies and/or services as specified may result in the city terminating the agreement and pursuing collection under any performance bond, as well as seeking other damages.

Bidders who are not recommended for award can issue an appeal at the SSA committee meeting or email the assigned buyer prior to the meeting.

Bids received after the stated date and time will not be accepted. Communication with other city staff besides the assigned buyer could result in disqualification. Failure to acknowledge addenda or amendments may lead to bid rejection.

The project must be completed within 45 calendar days of receiving the notice to proceed.

The government shall pay the contractor the firm fixed-price stated in the contract. Invoices are to be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * added tax (VAT) is to be shown as a separate item on invoices.

Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror.

The work shall be executed by a qualified local garage door contractor, experienced in roll-up door systems. Offerors must demonstrate ability to perform, including having a project manager fluent in English, operating an established business in Saudi Arabia or planning to establish one, proof of SAM registration, and a portfolio of past performance and clients.

A site visit is mandatory and will be held on July 28, 2026, at 09:00 hrs at the back gate of the U. S. Embassy Riyadh Warehouse Annex. Prospective offerors must email ***@***. *. * by July 23, 2026, to participate.

Incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted by the deadline and in the correct format.

Required Delivery Date (RDD) is 6 weeks ARO (After Receipt of Order).

Payment is processed via WAWF (Wide Area Workflow) paid by DFAS.

Award will be made based on lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA).

Vendors must provide a detailed unpriced capabilities statement to demonstrate technical acceptability.

Questions regarding solicitation requirements are due no later than July 22, 2026.

Failure to meet all specifications and requirements, or not being registered in SAM. gov, may lead to disqualification.

The solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan, as prescribed by DFARS **** (3), **** offeror who does not possess an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan region, or does not agree to execute a master agreement MSRA ABR in the Japan region before award of a job order, will not be eligible to receive an award.

Contractors located outside Japan that do not unambiguously demonstrate compliance with DFARS **** will not be eligible to receive an award.
