The reporting due dates for deliverables are as follows: finding lists are due within 14 days after the site survey, draft survey reports are due within 45 days after the site survey, and final survey reports are due within 30 days after the draft review by USAG Japan.
The contractor shall provide the government with their commercial warranty, ensuring the government receives the same warranty service as the contractor's most favored customers. If services fail due to workmanship or materials, the contractor shall correct the affected areas at no additional cost to the U. S. government.
The primary contractor shall have a minimum of three experiences of contracts to conduct any surveys, assessments, or recurring monitoring programs related to a drinking water system at U. S. military components within three years of their completion. The field survey inspector shall be a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in the U. S. and familiar with drinking water management requirements, with a minimum of five successful experiences of sanitary surveys at U. S. military installations and local municipalities in the U. S.
The Contracting Officer (KO) shall follow FAR ****, Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items, for the contractor's failure to perform satisfactory services or failure to correct nonconforming services.
The survey consists of an onsite inspection of the water source, treatment, distribution system, finished water storage, pumping facilities and controls, monitoring and reporting data, system management and operation, and compliance with operator requirements.
