Offerors shall be registered in the SAM system for award management database prior to submittal of their offer/proposal. Offerors must also provide evidence of operating an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Sweden, proof of SAM registration, a list of clients over the past 2 years demonstrating prior experience, and evidence of necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources.

The embassy intends to conduct a site visit on 26th Aug 2026 at 11am local time at the U. S. Embassy in Stockholm. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact ***@***. *. * by 19th Aug 10am with names of visitors and for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
