The Mesa Gateway Airport Authority (MGAA) is soliciting bids for two new ADA passenger boarding ramps. Bids are due September 17, 2025, by 2:00 PM Arizona time. The ramps must meet minimum specifications outlined in Attachment A. Offerors must include manuals (operator, service, and parts) in hard copy and digital format, in English. Initial setup and training will be provided by the offeror. Payment will be made 30 days after successful testing of the equipment. The bid guarantee is valid for 65 days from the IFB due date.
