The evaluation criteria include experience, background, qualifications 60 points, proposed plan 35 points, veteran preference 5 points.

The city will conduct a comprehensive, fair and impartial evaluation of all proposals received in response to this rfq.

Failure to address warranty claims within 14 days may result in removal from the courtesy list.

The city of san antonio, and any city assigned designee, shall be permitted to inspect any and all rehabilitation or reconstruction work on a regular basis as outlined in the proposal to ensure that the selected contractors is performing pursuant to the approved scope of work and adhering to the city building codes and rehabilitation standards.
