Failure to submit required documentation, including the ownership disclosure form, business registration certificate, noncollusion affidavit, and experience and background questionnaire, may lead to rejection of the proposal. Failure to submit the required information is cause for automatic rejection of the rfp or proposal.

The goods must be delivered in accordance with the price schedule. The period of performance begins on July 26, 2026, and expires on July 25, 2027.

Payment will be made by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Division of Finance - Accounts Payable. Invoices must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * may be made by check or electronic funds transfer (EFT).

FDIC will accept the contractor's commercial warranty but does not accept a disclaimer of the implied warranty that items are merchantable and fit for use. FDIC also does not accept a disclaimer of any warranties expressly provided for in the contract.

The solicitation indicates Best Value Price Only as the method of solicitation, suggesting price is a primary evaluation criterion.

Offerors must utilize the price schedule to fill in their pricing. Terms and conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with the quote. The FDIC prefers government-approved terms. Section K of the RFQ covers representations and certifications.

All goods and services shall be subject to inspection and test by the FDIC oversight manager, to the extent practicable, at all times and places during the term of the award.

The decision of the Contracting Officer is final and conclusive unless the contractor submits a written request for appeal to the Division of Administration, Acquisition Services Branch ASB, Deputy Director, within 60 days from receipt of the Contracting Officer decision.
