This is a small business set-aside for a bioreactor system. Offers are evaluated based on technical capabilities, specifications, past performance, and price. Delivery is required within four weeks of contract award to the Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi, Maryland. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular ****, effective 07 August 2025. The acquisition is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The government may award to the lowest priced offeror that meets the government's minimum requirements, however, the government reserves the right to award to a higher priced offeror exceeding the minimum requirements if it is most advantageous to the government. All interested parties are encouraged to respond, regardless of business size, however, they must do so at their own risk, taking into account that this is a small business set-aside first, and full and open competition only after the above criteria is not met.

Offers are due five days after posting, by 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, via email to the primary point of contact listed on SAM. gov. Delivery is required within 120 days. This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for a rapid cell imager, specifically the Celigo imaging cytometer. Quotations must be submitted by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on August 29, 2025, via email to Donald Graham (***@***. *. *). The quotation must include a technical description, pricing, and completed provisions and clauses. The government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible contractor whose quotation is the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. The quote must meet or exceed the brand name only minimum equipment specifications, training, warranty, installation requirements, and delivery schedule. All equipment must be new. Delivery terms are FOB destination.
