The potential requirement may result in a firm fixed-price solicitation issued approximately May 2026, with an anticipated award by August 2026. The estimated completion time is 450 calendar days. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The NAICS code is ****, and the small business size standard is $45,000,000 annual revenue. Contractors with the skill, capabilities, workload capacity, and ability to obtain bonding to complete the project described above either through self performance and or subcontractor management are invited to provide capability statements.
