The Bureau of the Fiscal Service intends to award a sole-source contract to Alamo City Engineering Services, Inc. for Subject 7 enterprise user subscription license and maintenance. The contract includes functional test automation, new system releases, upgrades, patches, on-premise support, training for 12 users, and load testing.
