Solicitation for charter bus transportation for FMU athletic teams for the Fall 2026 semester. Offers are due by 2:00 PM EST on July 23, 2026. Questions must be received by July 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Buses must be no older than 15 years and meet all safety standards. WiFi and power jacks are preferred. Insurance coverage of $5,000,000 is required. Drivers must be qualified and licensed. Local travel at destinations is included. The university reserves the right to inspect vehicles.
Offers must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST on July 23, 2026.
Discounts for prompt payment will not be considered in the evaluation of offers. However, any offered discount will form a part of the award, and will be taken if payment is made within the discount period indicated in the offer by the offeror.
Contractor must provide the manufacturer's standard written warranty upon delivery of product. Contractor warrants that manufacturer will honor the standard written warranty provided.

To be eligible for award, you must have the capability in all respects to perform fully the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability which will assure good faith performance.
Material deficiencies in vehicle inspection shall result in a written cure notice or, at the determination of the university, may result in the immediate termination of the contract or reduction in the total contract price of up to twenty 20 of the trip in question.
Do not submit bid samples or descriptive literature unless expressly requested.
To protest a solicitation, you must submit a protest within fifteen days of the date the applicable solicitation document is issued. To protest an award, you must i submit notice of your intent to protest within seven business days of the date the award notice is posted, and ii submit your actual protest within fifteen days of the date the award notice is posted.
Violation of prohibited communications and donations restrictions may result in disqualification of your offer, suspension or debarment, and may constitute a violation of law.
