This is a Special Notice for information and planning purposes, not a formal solicitation. USASOC is seeking interested organizations to engage in a one-time strategic partnership to plan, coordinate, and execute an industry and demonstration day event. A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) will be put in place, not a contract. The event must be located within 20 miles of Fort Bragg, NC, and take place within the first quarter of FY27, running for up to five days. The selected organization will be responsible for advertising, registration, agenda development, venue rental, event website, and coordination with local law enforcement and base access. Submissions must include organization name, address, CAGE code/UEI, POC information, experience and capability explanation, and a summary of methodology (max 15 pages) including panel discussions, industry exhibition, suggested topics, speakers, and a contingency plan. Proprietary or competition-sensitive information should not be included. The notice also seeks information on industry and demonstration events for collaboration on challenges such as UAS capabilities, counter-UAS, AI for special operations, and deep strike.
