Proposals are requested for a new tree management plan and update of the village's existing tree
inventory. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM on September 29, 2025, at **** S. Desplaines Avenue, North Riverside, IL **** must submit a proposal based on the scope of work and service, and prices are valid for one calendar year from the date of issue. The successful firm will enter into an agreement with the village. Firms must be insured and bonded, and at least one member of the project team must be a certified arborist. All work must comply with the Illinois prevailing wage act 820 ILCS 130. Contractors and subcontractors must pay prevailing wages for Cook County, as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor. Proof of payroll may be requested. Firms must comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal laws and regulations. Contractors must be registered with the village of North Riverside. The village assumes no responsibility for accidents, utility hits, or damage to private property. All work must adhere to OSHA safety standards. The project scope includes tree
inventory, urban forest management plan development, technical assistance, and public presentations. The project timeline includes various stages from proposal submission to final adoption.
