Butts County Fire Department is soliciting bids for uniforms, footwear, patches, and embroidery services. Bids are due October 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time. Questions should be submitted to ***@***. *. * by September 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The first addendum, if required, will be posted on the county website by September 26, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Bidders must review the county website for any additional addenda. The written bid documents supersede any prior communications. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids may be split or awarded in entirety. The county reserves the option to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible bidders. All prices must include shipping and delivery cost to Butts County, Georgia. The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract for a twelve-month period, with the option to renew up to three additional years. The contract may be renewed up to three additional twelve-month periods by mutual written consent of both parties with no changes in terms and conditions.
