Harper College is seeking proposals for athletic uniforms, apparel, equipment, and related services for a three-year agreement with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. A non-mandatory presubmission meeting will be held via Webex on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The deadline for questions is Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM Central Time. Bidders must comply with the Business Enterprise Program (BEP) with a 5% aspirational goal. Offers cannot be withdrawn for 90 days after the closing date. Harper College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
