Lot 9: All labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, hardware and incidentals to provide routine, required maintenance, repairs, and replacements of parts for the 100 aluminum tree ( including re- painting all aluminum members with an approved industrial rust preventative aluminum metallic paint), supports, fasteners, hardware, etc. and the nine ( 9) North Pole village structures ( includes painting, termite treatment, roofing, carpentry, and facia repairs and maintenance), and skating rink between seasons ( before assembly, during assembly, during seasonal activities, and after disassembly) which must be supervised/inspected by the Professional Engineer and a City Representative. Note: The Electrical Harness shall be replaced every 3- years along with all lights. The City will NOT pay for any additional cost for any repairs or replacements. Lot 1: All labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, hardware and incidentals to provide transportation from the City s storage facility ( 434 S. Swinton Ave. ) to the assembly site ( Old School Square - 51 N. Swinton Ave. ) as well as from the assembly site back to the storage facility for the 100 aluminum tree, nine ( 9) North Pole village structures, branches/lights, decorations, star with supports, skating rink, fencing, etc. Brand Preference Not Applicable - Service Item

Lot 2: All labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, hardware and incidentals to properly establish the site ready for the installation of the 100' tree, as well as restoration of the site after disassembly of the 100' tree. Includes excavating existing sod ( including replacement of sodding, irrigation, and restoration of site after holiday season) from the concrete foundation and replace any/all damaged connector lugs and connector plates which must be supervised/inspected by the Professional Engineer and the City. Replace any/all damaged sprinklers and utility boxes during construction. Supply any/all missing or damaged hardware necessary for the complete assembly of tree and villages each year. Lot 3: All labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, hardware and incidentals to properly establish electrical service for the installation of the 100' tree. Includes providing needed electrical connections/services to the site ( tree, villages, and holiday carousal). Should any electrical work be required, Contractor shall employ a licensed electrician to perform the required electrical work. Brand Preference Not Applicable - Service Item

Lot 4: All labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, hardware and incidentals to provide equipment operator and rental of a 100 Ton Crane service ( includes all rigging and supporting systems to protect the villages), cherry picker, and forklift for the assembly and disassembly of the 100 tree and North Pole villages structures. Lot 5: Provide the oversight and inspection services of a Florida Registered Professional Structural Engineer to inspect, supervise, and certify the assembly/disassembly of the tree each year. A detailed inspection report of all structural members and fasteners must be included in the report. Lot 6: All labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, hardware and incidentals to provide assembly and disassembly of 100 tree frame and star, wiring harness, and branches, which will be supervised/inspected by the Professional Engineer. Lot 7: All labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, hardware and incidentals to provide fluffing of tree branches, replacement of needed branches, decorations, installation of holiday LED lights, and replacement of any needed LED lights and electrical harness ( replace harness every 3- years) on the branches. Lot 8: All labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, hardware and incidentals to provide installation, dismantling and repairs of North Pole village structures ( inside/outside) either inside the 100 tree or outside of the tree, skating rink, fencing, chicken wire protective fencing inside the tree, ADA entrances/exit ramps with mulch, frame and star and supports, and all electrical connections, which will be supervised/inspected/certified by the Professional Structural Engineer. Bird Netting Installation Installation of new bird netting in the atrium, approximately **** with 3/4 mesh size opening. The netting must be one piece, heavy duty with a 10- year life expectancy, and installed over cable strands. Installation of at least 10 new cable spans above the atrium to support the netting. Straining cable wire must be 3/32 diameter size. Turnbuckles on each cable to tighten. Each cable must have 3 cable anchors opposing on each end. Secure loose end of netting around a 2- inch pipe material sufficient to prevent birds crawling underneath. Attach new netting to existing anchoring system using new rust- resistant hardware. Clean up and dispose of demolished materials, debris, or waste at an approved location.
