The period of performance is 12 months after award of contract. The training itself is 5 days long. Specific delivery dates for training materials are outlined in the deliverables section, with initial training plan due two weeks after award and final training plan due one week after project schedule award.

Services shall be invoiced for in arrears. The contractor shall be paid in accordance with Net 30-day payment terms upon receipt and acceptance of a proper invoice. An invoice shall be submitted in accordance with the billing instructions provided in the purchase order and after the system has been accepted by the government.

The instructor shall have working knowledge and experience with the material, equipment, and data interpretation, and shall be certified to perform nondestructive testing through ASNT Level II or Level III or ISO ****.

Failure to successfully meet the required services or performance level will result in the government rejecting services. The government reserves the right to require the contractor to develop a corrective action plan.

The training will include a walkdown of inservice components. Site visits for individuals requiring escorts or that are outside of regular business hours shall be scheduled in advance with the COR.

Upon final acceptance of the machine a standard commercial warranty shall commence for the duration of a one year warranty covering parts and labor and five year warranty covering frame and tank to include as a minimum, parts and labor for the duration of the warranty, at no cost to the government.
