This includes providing services associated with all facilities, such as campsite and group shelter management, potable water, garbage removal, cleaning and maintenance of facilities, vault toilet pumping, boat mooring, and onsite campground hosts. Authorized services may include office store sales, store supplies, seasonal boat slip rental, overnight boat and trailer storage, boat and watersport equipment rentals, propane sales, firewood sales, bags of ice, and fishing and hunting license sales. The concessionaire must also provide an office, vehicles, tools, equipment, a dock to accommodate a minimum of 60 boat slips, and a gangway to rental boat docks/slips, and a day- use fee credit card kiosk.
