The Town of Charlestown is accepting bids for repairs, parts, body work, painting, and factory-authorized service of a Komatsu WA **** wheel loader. Bidders must price the listed work items using new factory authorized parts and procedures. Repairs not specifically listed, but recognized as standard for durable repairs and safety practice, are included. All specifications are minimums; variations must be clearly stated. Bidders must submit supporting information, brochures, descriptions, and details. The successful bidder will transport and deliver the vehicle to the Charlestown residential collection center, including all transportation costs, fuel, licenses, and permits. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed in their best interest. The Town administrator or agent has the right to inspect and test the equipment. The bidder agrees that the bid price may not be withdrawn for one year following the bid award. The bidder must sign or initial each sheet of the bid solicitation and return a copy intact with the bid.

The bid price is non-withdrawable for one year after award. Bidders must be normally engaged in the purveying of the type of equipment bid on.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for hydraulic fluid. Vendors must have an active SAM. gov registration or provide proof of submission for registration. All deliveries are required by April 18, 2025, FOB destination. Material must be shipped to the US Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, Baltimore, MD. Invoicing must be done through Ipp. gov. Additional documents, such as Material Safety Data Sheets, are required. The purchase order will be firm fixed price. The agency is the US Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center.
