Solicitation for exterior facade repair at the US Consulate General Karachi. Proposals are due by August 7, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on July 8, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. Bids must be submitted electronically in PDF format, not exceeding 30MB. Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible, with recent, relevant experience. Successful passing of a risk analysis vetting process is a condition for award.
Contractor shall complete all work within 30 working days after receiving award, notice to proceed.
Payment requests may be made no more frequently than monthly, covering labor and materials completed and in place. The 14-day payment period is extended to 30 days.
The contractor warrants that items delivered are merchantable and fit for the particular purpose described in the contract. Special warranties may be required.
The U. S. government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible, able to understand English, have an established business in Pakistan or plan to establish one within 30 days of award, and demonstrate recent, relevant experience with at least two similar projects.
If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, liquidated damages of PKR 10,**** will be charged for each calendar day of delay.

All relevant questions must be submitted no later than close of business on July 1, 2026.
Failure to provide requested risk analysis information within 35 days of being contacted, incomplete proposals, or failure to meet qualification requirements may lead to disqualification.
