Bids must be received no later than 5:00 p. m. p. s. t on monday, october19, 2026.

Progress payment will, when properly completed as specified, be paid within thirty 30 calendar days of submittal.

Minimum of 1 year for parts, 1 year for labor and workmanship, or referenced in the contract documents, whichever is in favor of the placentia library district.

The contract will be awarded to the bidder that brings the most value to the district.

The successful bidder shall have the knowledge, expertise, staff resources, licenses and availability to provide construction services for this project.

For each day in excess of the time specified for completion of the work as adjusted by any change orders, the contractor shall be liable to the city for the sum stated as liquidated damages below. failure to comply with these provisions will result in assessment of liquidated damages in the amount of1, **** per day.

The proposed network and communications systems and equipment must include a full oneyear warranty covering all hardware, software, and labor to maintain the system and any peripheral systems purchased by mapc unless otherwise agreed in writing by mapc.

Proposals will be evaluated based on understanding of the project clarity and feasibility of the proposed approach relevant experience of key personnel working for public sector entities best value, and the quality of past examples of work.

Proposals must be from qualified professional firms who are vendors on massachusetts statewide contract, itt85, categories 2, 7, and 9.

The estimated value of procurement is not to exceed 100, 000 over a fiveyear period.
