This RFP is for an IDIQ agreement for the non-site specific installation and/or replacement of traffic signal equipment. Proposers must demonstrate experience in similar services and have at least five references. The contract term is one year with up to four additional one-year renewals. Proposals must be submitted electronically via Texas BidNet Direct or hard copy to the Finance Department by September 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. Evaluation is based on qualifications (10%), product features/specifications (40%), and price (50%).

The proposer must demonstrate providing similar traffic signal equipment installation services and have at least five references documenting previously performed services. the proposer must be able to demonstrate that they currently provide, or have provided, traffic signal equipment installation services that are similar in scope to the services specified in this rfp.

The city reserves the right to inspect the proposer's current place of business prior to award to evaluate capabilities. prior to award of a contract, the city of cedar park reserves the right to inspect the proposers current place of business to evaluate equipment condition, capabilities, staff experience, training, and storage capabilities as they relate to the performance of this contract.
