This is a tender for non-emergency wheelchair transportation services at the Washington, DC VA Medical Center and associated facilities. The contract period is from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026. Offerors must submit quotations in two volumes: a technical volume and a price volume. The technical volume should include information on the offeror's technical capability, fleet, insurance, and personnel. The price volume should include a fixed price for each line item. Questions must be submitted by email by 3:00 PM ET on 09/19/2025. Quotations are due by 3:00 PM ET on 09/30/2025. The University of Toledo is seeking proposals for air charter services for FY2604.
