Vendors must provide a business license, certificate of general liability insurance of no less than five million dollars, debarment status documentation, VI certificate of government insurance or workers compensation liability insurance coverage, W9, VI certificate of good standing, articles of organization/incorporation, auto liability insurance of no less than one million dollars, and environmental liability insurance of no less than one million dollars.
The bid notice does not indicate that samples are required.
All inquiries regarding this bid should be submitted under the questions tab on the eprocurement website by no later than 12:00 PM AST, May 15, 2026.
Any bid received later than the specified time shall be disqualified. Any attempt by vendors during the proposal process to contact authority personnel may result in disqualification. Failure to certify debarment status will render the bidder nonresponsive.
