Tugboat services Tugboat with operator. Perform services in accordance with attached performance work statement pws. Locations: Okinawa to Amami, Amami to Tokunushima, Tokunishima to Okinawa, WB to Yonaguni port. See PWS for services schedule. 5 government personnel will be aboard the vessel and 1 combat rubber raiding craft CCRC will be the cargo. See PWS for details. 10 days. Price shall be inclusive of all fees associated with operation of tugboat throughout the requested period. Vendor must provide vessel information and dimensions of the quoted vessel i. e., link website, specs, name of vessel, country of vessel, pictures, etc. Vessel must conform to the PWS. US personnel will be aboard the vessel for the duration of the services. See PWS.
