Failure to respond or submit information in sufficient detail may result in a company not being considered a likely quoter when making a decision on whether or how to set aside a solicitation for restricted competition.

Service agreements must be provided within 15 days of receipt of [instrument] equipment by contractor.

Invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears.

The contractor warrants that the items delivered are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The government will perform a comparative evaluation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government.

If a deliverable cannot be delivered on time, the contractor shall provide a written explanation three days prior to the due date to the point of contact poc.

If the contractor or a subcontractor is noncompliant with DEI clause, this contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part.
