The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office is seeking calibration and repair services for six Dilo SF6 multianalyzers. The contract will be awarded to a single firm using a firm fixed price purchase order. The deadline for submitting capabilities statements is 5:00 PM ET on Thursday, June 12, 2025. The applicable NAICS code is ****, and the small business standard size is $19. 0 million. The successful contractor must have Dilo certified technicians and provide all OEM parts, labor, tooling, test equipment, and facilities necessary to perform the calibration and repairs. The government will furnish the equipment on an as-is basis. The equipment will be returned via commercial carrier to the address provided. This is a repair requirement for aircraft maintenance and repair shop specialized equipment. The contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary parts and materials, and the repair must comply with all applicable drawings, specifications, and procedures. The repair process must include inspection, component repair and replacement, reassembly, and testing. The estimated repair time is 55 days. The government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes a bilateral agreement to issue contractual documents.
