Bid submission deadline is 2:00 PM CST on July 31, 2025. Bids must be returned to Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, Attn: Accounts Payable, **** Smith School Road, Austin, TX 78744. The bid is for a 20-foot aluminum boat, a 150hp outboard motor, and a boat trailer. The delivery location is the Inland Fisheries Jasper District Office, 900 CR 218, Brookeland, TX 75931. The successful bidder must be an actively licensed marine dealer, manufacturer, or manufacturer's authorized distributor. Documentation of authorization is required for distributors. The boat, motor, and trailer package must be delivered as a fully assembled unit. The State reserves the right to award the contract based on low line-item bid, low total of line items, or any other combination that will serve the best interest of the state and to reject any and all bid items in the sole discretion of the state. The bid must include detailed specifications for each item, including make/model, warranty, and estimated delivery. The State may choose to pick up the assembled package if it is in close proximity to the delivery location to save freight charges. The bid response must include a specification sheet. The contract will commence upon issuance and automatically expire upon delivery and final acceptance. The vendor must contact the designated point of contact one week prior to delivery to schedule the delivery date and time. The vendor must provide delivery terms with the bid response. The State will conduct acceptance inspection and performance testing within five working days of receipt. The vendor must submit invoices to the designated address. Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of a properly prepared invoice or the receipt and acceptance of goods/services, whichever is later. The respondent must certify that neither it, nor its holding companies or subsidiaries is listed in certain sections of the 2019 and 2021 National Defense Authorization Acts or owned by the government of a country on the U. S. Department of Commerce's foreign adversaries list. The respondent must also comply with all terms and conditions of the bid, including those in the general terms and conditions.

The US Department of Commerce, NOAA, NMFS, AKFSC intends to award a sole-source contract to LFS, Inc. for trawl webbing and hardware supplies. The supplies are needed for repairs and construction of fishing gear used in fishery independent surveys in Alaska. The period of performance is from the date of award to December 31, 2025, with delivery preferred as soon as the materials are available. The vendor has indicated some items are on backorder. Submissions of substantiating documentation are due no later than July 21, 2025 at 5 PM Eastern Time.
