TPWD seeks to purchase one 22 aluminum boat, one 150 hp outboard motor, one boat trailer, and accessories for the inland fisheries division. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 pm CT on August 19, 2026. Award is based on best value, considering lowest price, boat design/safety, qualifications, delivery schedule, and past performance. Bidders must hold an active and valid marine dealer, distributor, or manufacturer license. Delivery is F. O. B. agency receiving address, but pickup option exists. The unit must be delivered fully assembled as a single unit.
Bids must be received prior to 2:00 pm central time on the bid opening date specified on the ifb cover page.
Payment normally will be made to the contractor within 30 days after receipt of a properly prepared invoice or the receipt of and the acceptance of goods/services ordered, whichever is later.
The unit shall be warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the manufacturers standard warranty for government use.
TPWD will award a contract to the bidders whose bid is considered to be the best value to tpwd, price and other factors considered.
TPWD will award a contract only to a respondent that holds an active and valid marine dealer license, marine distributor license, or marine manufacturer license as required under parks and wildlife code ****.
Default in promised delivery days after receipt of order aro without accepted reasons or failure to meet specifications authorizes tpwd to purchase goods and services of this contract elsewhere and charge any increased costs for the goods and services, including the cost of resoliciting, to the contractor.
Samples, when requested, must be furnished free of expense to the state.
Failure to provide the required license information or manufacturer authorization documentation may result in the bid being deemed nonresponsive.
