The event is an industry day to discuss the government's plans for the next-generation geo-based space domain awareness satellite constellation. Attendees must register by **** PDT on July 25, 2025, through a specific link. Attendees must verify their US citizenship and companies must be approved to view controlled unclassified information (CUI). A one-page company description sheet is required by **** PDT on July 27, 2025. The industry day will be held on August 5, 2025, followed by one-on-one sessions. A welcome packet with additional information will be sent prior to the event. The event is not a request for proposal or quotation.

This RFI seeks information on existing space-based missile defense capabilities and strategies for a proliferated SBI constellation. Interested parties must submit responses electronically (unclassified or classified) within 14 days of posting, with a maximum of 5 pages for each area of interest (exoatmospheric, endoatmospheric, common ground element, and fire control element). Responses must be in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft PowerPoint format, 10-point font or larger. The government will not reimburse costs associated with responding. Responses may be released to non-government advisors. Objections to disclosure must be submitted within 10 calendar days of notice issuance.

This is a bridge action to award a new task order for 18 months of service, valued at $30,969,690, to continue direct mission support services. The current task order was awarded to Tyto Government Solutions under GSA IDIQ. The current task order expires on July 31, 2025. The bridge action is necessary due to a protest on the follow-on contract, Hemisphere, which was denied but delayed the follow-on task order award. The bridge action will use the same schedule labor rates as the option year, pending negotiations. Market research was conducted, including RFIs, industry days, and RFPs, and 17 contractors responded to the RFI via GSA. The transition period onto the Hemisphere IDIQ is 90 days, and there is not enough time to compete this bridge action competitively. The period of performance will be for a base of six (6) months with two (2) six-month pre-priced options, for a total of up to 18 months. The bridge action will allow continued direct mission support services while the task order is recompeted off the Hemisphere IDIQ. The estimated time to award subsequent task orders is 6-12 months, and another 3-6 months to clear personnel. A 90-day transition period is required for each task order.
