The bid submission deadline is May 12, 2026, at 2:00 pm. The notice does not specify a deadline for the total delivery of services.

The bid is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to construct a stormwater pump station and associated utility improvements, including all labor, materials, equipment, permitting, and coordination necessary to complete the work, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.

A mandatory prebid meeting is scheduled for April 20, 2026, at 10:00 am at Taft Street and NW 209 Avenue, Pembroke Pines, FL ****.

The bid notice does not indicate that samples are required.

Questions are due by April 28, 2026, at 11:00 pm, with the issuance of final answers to questions on May 4, 2026.

The bid notice states that sealed bid proposals will be received by the Village of Ridgewood on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. No specifications and/or proposal forms shall be given out after 4:30 p. m. on Monday, April 20, 2026.

The contractual obligation of the Village of Ridgewood under this contract for these items is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for this contract can be made.

The Village of Ridgewood reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or to accept a bid, which in its judgment best serves the interest of the village.

All contractors, their subcontractors, and material suppliers shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, pursuant to Public Law **** chapter 238 and the Contractor Business Registration Program, pursuant to Public Law **** chapter 57. Evidence of satisfactory registrations shall be submitted at the time of the bid. All bids submitted shall contain a copy of the bidder's New Jersey business registration certificate and a copy of the bidder's certificate of employee information report.

In default thereof, said checks and/or bid bond and the amount represented thereby shall be forfeited to the Village of Ridgewood as liquidated damages, not as a penalty.

No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days (60) after the date and time set for the opening of bids.

The anticipated period of performance for this project is **** calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed ntp, and commencement of work would begin within 60 calendar days of receipt of the ntp.
