Vendor must provide complete written warranty information, including manufacturer's standard warranty term, coverage for parts, labor, travel, and procedure for requesting service. vendor shall provide complete written warranty information with its quotation.

The district may accept any offer deemed most advantageous to the killeen independent school district and may waive formalities in bidding.
