This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** The Project is located in Ravenna, KY. The Project entails clean- up of NON- TENORM and TENORM impacted media ( waste materials, soils, sludges) at the site. The media has been contaminated via historic oil and/or gas development on the property. Previous investigations at the site have determined that environmental media is contaminated with various VOCs, metals, and Radium. These constituents have been detected in on- site waste materials, soils, and sludges. The waste materials, soils, and sludges will be removed for off- site disposal. All removals will be accomplished as specified. Following clean- up activities, the soil ground surfaces will be restored to match original grade and the area will be vegetated.
