Proposals will be evaluated based on compliance with RFP requirements, financial resources, ability to perform, character and integrity of the firm, quality of previous performance, ability to meet deadlines, potential cost, references, and results of field testing, reviews, demonstrations, and interviews.
Firms must be qualified and experienced to supply a software or digital platform and related services for an emergent reader research database.
Proposals should include examples and samples that support the submission, and a trial access to the platform for evaluation.
Any qualification or reservation by the firm regarding the required platform and related services may result in disqualification. Attempting to communicate with district personnel outside of the designated channels prior to the proposal deadline may also result in disqualification.
