The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience in high-vacuum furnace maintenance and repair. The evaluation includes diagnostic checks and inspections. Firm-fixed-price quotes for repairs and optional upgrades are required within 30 business days after the evaluation. Phase 1 (evaluation) to be completed within 60 business days from award. Phase 3 (repairs) to be completed within 180 days of option exercise. Offerors must provide a narrative of technical capability, specialized expertise, infrastructure, equipment, and previous contracts. Proposals are due by June 26, 2026, 3:00 PM local time.
