The contractor will be required to complete the work 360 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed, this is subject to change after solicitation issuance.

A site visit will be scheduled and additional information regarding the site visit will be provided in the solicitation via FAR clause 52. 236-27. The site visit is tentatively scheduled for 26 August 2026.

The estimated construction cost of this project is between 1,000,000 and 5,000,000.

The contractor will be required to complete the work 120 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.

The CIPP lining installation must be warranted for at least one 1 year from the date of final government acceptance. All defects in materials, workmanship, or performance discovered within the warranty period must be corrected by the contractor at no additional cost to the government.

Past performance information from subcontractors with a binding subcontracting agreement or letter of commitment is allowed.

The solicitation is restricted to small businesses.

The estimated construction cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.

Work will be completed 90 days from contract award date.

Contractor shall be paid within 30 days of successful completion of the project and upon receipt to the project office of a proper invoice. Invoice shall include the contract number.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

The offeror shall submit a brief narrative detailing their technical approach. The offeror shall submit a list of up to three 3 recent and relevant past jobs projects similar to this requirement.

If the contractor arrives later and the work continues past 4:30 pm, the contractor shall reimburse the government for the overtime work required to finish the loading or unloading.

Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.

The period of performance for this effort is 90 days from date of contract award.

Offerors please be advised that an online registration requirement in System for Award Management SAM database http:www. sam. gov exists and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual representations and certifications on SAM. Representations and certifications are required to be up dated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.
