On this line, Bidders must enter $ 0. 00 for Contract Amount in the e- procurement system. Actual Contract Amount must be entered on " Official Bid Document" and submitted as an attachment in the e- procurement system. Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded The Project involves the replacement of the HVAC systems that serve the KSP 4 Cell House. A phased work approach is specified that includes the initial installation of an RTU at grade and an ERV unit in the Attic, removal of the AHU from the Basement, selected removal/modification of ductwork throughout the building, installation of ductwork in the Basement and Attic, and replacement of supply air ductwork to each Cell. Structural work includes Attic slab framing, supports, and slab penetration reinforcement. Architectural work includes repair and modification of selected windows, revisions to windows for mounting of exhaust fans. Installation of a natural gas line to the RTU and electrical services to HVAC equipment. A new smoke evacuation system will be provided. The work of the Project is considered within the KSP security boundary. All work must be performed in a sequenced effort coordinated with the KSP.
